AKASH Radio will provide a community radio service for Punjabi-speaking communities in Leeds.

Ambur Radio will be a community station for Walsall. It will be focused on the Asian communities but it will also provide some programming for the whole community, including other minority ethnic groups.

Asian Community Radio is a radio service intended to serve the Asian Community in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. It broadcasts in English, along with other Asian community languages delivering entertainment, news, health and social information while celebrating all the major cultural festivals through original programming 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

Pendle Community Radio will serve the Asian communities in Nelson and the surrounding area. The service is primarily for the Pakistani community and aims to be a source of community empowerment, leading to social integration, economic regeneration and political well-being.

Awaz FM will serve the Asian (Indian sub continent) population in Glasgow, delivering entertainment, community information, local, national and international news broadcasting in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and English. It will be the voice of Glasgow's ethnic communities and their respective faiths.

Bradford Asian Radio will serve the Asian population of Bradford, broadcasting a speech-dominated service in Urdu, Panjabi, Mirpuri, Bengali, Hindi and English.

Crescent Radio will provide a community service for the Asian Muslim audience of Rochdale, with largely talk-based programming in English and community languages.

Dance Asia Radio serves people belonging to or identifying themselves as South Asian, British Asian or belonging to a South Asian Heritage in Leeds by providing entertainment, information and education to the target community whilst encouraging the general public to actively participate in the operations and management of the station.

Darbar Sahib Radio is a radio service serving the Punjabi and Sikh community in Birmingham. Programming includes local news, community and service information, spirituality, history and heritage. The service actively engages its listeners, providing a platform for social gain that is easily understandable and accessible. Programming is in Punjabi and English.

Desi Radio is for the Panjabi-speaking community in west London, providing for different faith communities, nationalities and ages. It promotes better understanding of the target community and encourages a sense of community among Panjabi people. It also promotes the inclusion of disadvantaged groups.

Radio Asian Fever aims to serve the South Asian communities of Leeds; the Pakistani, Kashmiri, Indian (Sikh and Hindu) and Bengali communities. They mainly reside in the Harehills/Chapeltown, Hyde Park/Burley and Beeston areas.

Gulshan Radio will be a community radio service for the Asian communities of Wolverhampton.

Inspire FM will be rooted in the local Muslim community and accessible to all local people providing unique and appropriate Luton-focused educational and entertainment programming. Training opportunities will be provided for local people to make and broadcast their own programmes, using community radio as a means of empowerment and personal development.

Kohinoor FM will serve the Panjabi speaking population of all ages and faiths (Hindu, Muslim and Sikh) within Leicester. Within its broad-ranging output it will provide programming for members of the community who are socially isolated or who cannot access information through normal media channels because these are broadcast in English or provide programming not relevant to their tastes and interests.

Link FM Sheffield is for the Pakistani and Muslim communities in Sheffield. The service informs, educates and entertains listeners while encouraging inclusion and community engagement. Over the course of each week, programming in Urdu, Punjabi and English is broadcast.

Marefa Radio will serve the Muslim population of Bradford city and the surrounding localities. It will serve the social and spiritual needs of its target communities through the provision of discussion and other speech elements. Carefully selected music will also be a feature. One of the functions of Marefa Radio will be to bring the community together.

NuSound Radio aims to provide a music and speech service for people in the Forest Gate and surrounding area regardless of race, colour and creed.

Raaj FM will serve the Sandwell Panjabi community, with information and programmes for the varied social, cultural, educational, youth, religious, music, sports, disabled and minority activities and interests of this community.

Apni Awaz will serve the Pakistani and Kashmiri community of Bradford, as a general entertainment radio station that will provide information to its target audience. It will deliver local, national and international news alongside community information in English and other languages.

The station will provide a platform from which social, economic & religious issues of concern to the Muslim Community (Pakistani, Kashmiri, Bengali & Indian) will be addressed. The service aims to promote the regeneration and confidence building of the community through entertaining, inspiring and educational programmes.

Radio Faza aims to empower individuals within the South Asian community through the provision of education, training, advice and information in several community languages, and contribute to building an enterprising community which values its people.

Radio Ikhlas plans to target the Asian (primarily Pakistani) community and the growing population of asylum seekers in the Normanton area of Derby.

Radio MAC will broadcast a community radio service to the Muslim and wider ethnic communities of Bradford.

Radio PANJ will serve the Punjabi community in Coventry.

Radio Sangam will provide a community radio service for the Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities of Huddersfield.

Radio UTSAV will serve Leicester and Leicestershire, celebrating Gujarati traditions, culture, and history. It offers locally produced programmes, blending classic and modern Gujarati music. Content includes community news, debates, cultural and educational segments, live events, and interactive phone-ins, primarily in Gujarati, with occasional Hindi and English.

Rangoli Radio is a radio service intended to serve the Hindu community who live or work or undergo education or training in Leeds by providing entertainment, education and enrichment for the Hindu community. The service reduces isolation in the elderly and provides information on community events and sources of support. It reaches out to different Hindu communities to enable their integration and provides young people with a sense of attachment to Hindu culture by being a source of learning.

Salaam Radio will provide a community radio service that will be predominantly for the Muslim population of Peterborough.

This station will aim to serve the South Asian and new and emerging communities of interest and identity in Newcastle. Spice FM's philosophy is centred around the core values of 'entertain, educate and enlighten' and 'by the community... for the community'.

Unity 101 aims to provide a community radio service for those living in deprived communities, in particular Asian and ethnic minority communities, in Southampton.

This service is for Muslims in east Birmingham, including Small Heath and surrounding areas.
