Angel Radio will provide a community radio service specifically for persons aged 60 and over who live in Portsmouth and Havant.

BFBS Brize Norton is for the military community based at Brize Norton in Carterton, Oxfordshire.

Flirt FM produces a diverse range of programming, including lively chat, alternative music and thought provoking news coverage. Above all we aim to provide a genuine alternative for the student population of Galway.

Heartsong Live Radio serves the Christian community of Edinburgh, providing a fully local service dedicated to residents, churches, charities, independent Christian artists and other local groups. The service will provide inspirational content, contemporary praise and worship songs, traditional hymns and Christian talk programmes, in a hopeful and engaging style.

Horizon Radio will serve, regardless of ethnicity, all those who live and work in the Borough of Northampton. It will provide a mix of music, local news and information relevant to the adult population in the town. A variety of music genres, aimed at ethnic minorities and other specific interest groups will be part of specialist shows.

Lionheart Radio will aim to serve all the residents of Alnwick and surrounding areas in this rural district of Northumberland.

Newport City Radio is a community radio service intended to serve 25-40-year-olds in Newport, South Wales, and the immediate surrounding areas. This service is about promoting the good in Newport by providing a music, entertainment, and information service.

North Manchester FM (NMFM) will provide a service for the people of North Manchester.

Nova Radio North East serves the residents of Newcastle and Gateshead. It uses the broadcast of the service to promote community learning, cohesion, regeneration, celebration and empowerment. The station provides an accessible public platform for individuals and local community groups to express opinion and stimulate discussion.

Radio Hartlepool will positively promote the communities of Hartlepool, giving people a voice and input on how the service is run.

Radio Northumberland is for the population in and around Northumberland. The station broadcasts music from the fifties to the present-day, local and community news, history and information. Specialist music, business and sport news also features.

Radio Tamworth is for the residents of Tamworth, primarily those under the age of 30. It trains residents of any age group with relevant skills, and encourages their participation in its operation and programming output.

Soundart Radio is an arts-based radio project. Its programming will feature input from individuals and organisations in the locality as well as from students at Dartington College of Arts.

ABC's Your FM is for the people of Portadown and surrounding areas, regardless of age, ethnicity, ability or religious/political affiliation. It provides a vibrant community radio service to entertain, inform and unite people in the area. It contributes to greater inter-community understanding and civic participation. Dedicated programming by young people for young people also features in the station's output.

This station will serve disadvantaged and deprived communities in Stockport.
